A.B.C.D. Real Estate Services is a full service real estate firm based in Chelmsford, MA offering both Appraisal & Brokerage services.  A.B.C.D. Real Estate Services was formed in 2006 by John LaBelle.

John began his real estate career in 2003 as an appraiser trainee with a large firm in Newton, MA.  While working for this large firm, John completed appraisals in over 170 cities and towns throughout Middlesex County, Essex County, and Worcester County.

In 2006, John obtained his Certified Residential Appraiser’s license and opened A.B.C.D. Real Estate Services as a local real estate appraisal company. Since 2006, John has concentrated his appraisal practice in northern sections of Middlesex & Essex County.

John first became a licensed real estate agent in 2004, and joined a local RE/MAX office in 2005. From 2005 through the summer of 2011, John helped buyers and seller in MA & NH though his affiliation with RE/MAX.  In March 2011, John obtained his Real Estate Broker’s license. In August 2011 he left RE/MAX and added brokerage services to A.B.C.D. Real Estate Services.  John now concentrates his brokerage services in the Greater Lowell & Merrimack Valley areas.
